If you are not satisfied, we will provide a refund or exchange the item WITHIN 30 DAYS of purchase, excluding shipping, handling and any applicable tax.
With receipt: Returned items accompanied by a receipt will be refunded or exchanged at the price listed on the receipt, plus any applicable sales tax. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.
Without receipt: Items for return without a receipt can ONLY be exchanged. Exchanges made without a receipt will be processed at the lowest sales price, plus applicable sales tax. Such items may be exchanged for another item or for merchandise credit.
We can ship to any address in the country, and to APOs.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.
