Has my order shipped?
 

Once your order has shipped you should have received a shipping notification from USPS via email along with a tracking number.

Please note that it takes 3 – 5 days from the date the order was put in to actually ship the order. Actual shipping takes 2 – 3 days depending on location.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
 

Please email the Assistant Gift Shop Manager immediately at giftshop@asomf.org to ensure the issue is squared away.

How do I track my order?
 

You should have received a shipping notification from USPS via email that should include a tracking number.

How much is shipping?
 

Shipping is automatically calculated by the website prior to submitting your payment information according to the weight of the order.

However, if the shipping cost seems too high please reach out to our Assistant Gift Shop Manager via email at giftshop@asomf.org. There has been reoccurring issues with the website in regards to shipping overcharges. When the Assistant Gift Shop Manager processes your online order and sees the overcharge, a refund is immediately given out and a receipt of the refunded amount will be emailed to you.

Who do I contact if my order never arrived?
 

If your order shows a status of "DELIVERED" according to your tracking number received via email from USPS, contact the Assistant Gift Shop Manager via email at giftshop@asomf.org to square away the issue.

How do I return my item/items?
 

Please email the Assistant Gift Shop Manager immediately at giftshop@asomf.org to ensure the issue is squared away.

What if an item is missing from my order?
 

Be sure to look for an email from the Airborne and Special Operations Museum Foundation with the heading of the email saying “OUT OF STOCK ITEM” or “OUT OF STOCK ITEMS”. The Assistant Gift Shop Manager will notify you via email if there was a backordered item and will send you a copy of the new receipt. You should have a refund of this backordered item.

If you never had received such email, then the item was mistakenly left out. Ensure to contact the Assistant Gift Shop Manager via email giftshop@asomf.org to square away this issue. Typically the item that was accidentally left out will be sent to you at no charge.

What if I received the wrong item?
 

Please email the Assistant Gift Shop Manager immediately at giftshop@asomf.org to ensure the issue is squared away.

Who can I contact if my item is missing parts?
 

Please notify the Assistant Gift Shop Manager immediately at giftshop@asomf.org to ensure the issue is squared away.

A new item will be shipped to you at no charge.

When will my backorder arrive?
 

The Assistant Gift Shop Manager will notify you via email in regards to the backorder. If you responded back to the email saying you were interested in getting a notification of when/if we receive the item in stock then you will receive a notification via email.

PLEASE NOTE:

We have a policy set in place that if even one item is out of stock in an order that we do not ship the rest of the order unless specified by the customer. If you would like to receive the rest of your order, please respond back to the email sent by the Assistant Gift Shop Manager indicating what you may prefer and the order will either be shipped or canceled. Until we are notified of your intent, the ENTIRE order will be on hold.

We will refund the full amount paid including shipping and the receipt will be sent with the notification of the backorder from the Assistant Gift Shop Manager via email.
